China's best-know athlete Liu Xiang is back on track for the 110-meter men's hurdles at Guangzhou Asian Games. As expected, Liu eased on into the final race.
The world-class 110 meter hurdler made a good start in heat 1. He stormed across the finish line in a time of 13.48 seconds. After the race, Liu said he's aiming to run above 13.20 seconds in the final. Park Teak Yong of South Korea was Two hundredth of a second slower. Jamras Rittidet of Thailand finished third. In the other heat, Liu's teammate Shi Dongpeng finished second and also grabs a spot in final with 13.89 seconds. Almuwallad Ahmed Khader of Saudi Arabia was the first one to cross the finish line in heat 2.
