British Prime Minister David Cameron starts his 2-day-visit in China today. Cameron is leading a heavyweight group of British politicians and business chiefs.
The trip focuses on expanding trade ties with the world's second largest economy. Before leaving for China, Cameron said in an e-mailed statement that "Britain wants to have a much, much stronger relationship with China." Trade between the two countries totaled 35 billion US dollars in the first 9 months of this year, up 30 percent from 2009.
