The hi-tech giant is reporting an unbelievable increase of nearly 80 percent in its third fiscal season. That's despite its iPhone 4's antenna issue still hanging over the company.

Apple sold more than 3 million Mac computers, more than 8 million iPhones, over 9 million iPods, and over 3 million iPads in the third fiscal season by June 26th. That creates a profit of more than 3 billion U.S. dollars.

On the news, Apple's stock price increased by 6 dollars in a matter of hours. Company CEO Steve Jobs says the profit is far more expected, and Apple plans to launch new products in the near future.
