Wild weather including heavy rainfall that's been pounding Beijing since Wednesday night has caused airport chaos. More than 200 flights were canceled and over 400 delayed at Beijing's Capital International Airport.

Since Thursday morning, all inbound and outgoing flights to Beijing were affected by the heavy rainfall. All passengers were left stranded.

Most of the flights have been delayed. Some have been canceled.

The airport still doesn't know when the runway can be reopened.

Some passengers went to sleep on the floor after long hours of waiting.

Some have decided to get some food, prepared to wait longer.

While others have have returned home because their flights have been canceled.
