General Motors will have its own pavilion at the Shanghai Expo, to showcase innovation. On Wednesday, the auto giant unveiled one of its exhibits, the EN-V concept car.
The two-seater measures only 1.5 meters in length, and weighs around a quarter of a normal car. The mini size enables five EN-Vs to park in one parking lot. The aim is to ease increasing pressure on city parking spaces. Its Lithium-battery powered motor gives zero emission of carbon dioxide. Further more, a sophisticated system of GPS and sensors enables the car to detect surrounding traffic conditions and respond quickly. Meanwhile, the EN-V can even drive itself, leaving passengers to do their own thing.
