Chinalco and Rio Tinto recently set up a joint venture, and the two sides have signed a Memorandum Of Understanding on the Guinea project. The CEO of Rio Tinto, who's now attending the China Development Forum, tells CCTV that the MOU is crucial for both companies, and he believes the cooperation between the two sides will be very successful.
