Tokyo Resident said, "I feel quite complicated. I live in Tokyo and I came to see him from time to time during the past four years. But I believe he will be healthy and happy in China. And I'll go to China to see him in the future."

"I came from Tokyo. I asked for time off from work to see him leave. We all wish him a happy life in China, and hope to see him again." Said another resident.

The panda will arrive in Beijing on Monday night local time. He will head for the Giant Panda Breeding and Research Center in southwest China's Sichuan Province Tuesday.
