Teenage girl rescued 15 days on

More than 2-weeks after the earthquake in Haiti, miracles are continuing. A teenage girl was pulled alive from the rubble of a home on Wednesday, on the campus of a collapsed college in Port-au-Prince.
16-year-old Darlene Etienne was severely dehydrated but conscious when a French rescue team dragged her out of the rubble.
She had been trapped between a collapsed wall and a door in the remains of her home and suffering an injured leg for 15 days.
Someone heard the girl's pleas for help and urged the rescuers to come.
A throng of neighbors cheered as the girl was pulled free after the French and Haitian rescuers arrived.
David Bernadou, French Rescue Worker, said, "It has been a great day, it's a huge miracle."
Etienne was later sent to a French-run field hospital.
Didier Le Bret, French Ambassador to Haiti, said, "After 2 weeks chances are so slight and it seems that beyond miracles there is another miracle."
Didier Le Bret praised the work of the rescuers who were supposed to have given up searching for any more survivors days earlier.
Didier Le Bret, French Ambassador to Haiti, said, "We didn't say to everybody to leave the country, a few of them remained because they want to hear, here and there, if there is some information that could save another life, so that's what they do."
More than 130 survivors have been rescued from the rubble since the quake struck, surprising experts who didn't believe so many survivors would be found.
