We begin our program in earthquake devastated Haiti, where the government now plans to evacuate four-hundred thousand residents to the outskirts of the capital to prevent an outbreak of disease.
With the assistance of UN peacekeepers, the first wave of relocations will consist of one-hundred thousand.
