Proving that beauty comes in a variety of shapes and sizes, it was time for bigger ladies to strut their stuff at the "Fat and Beautiful" pageant in Israel.

Scores of plus-sized beauties strutted down the stage on Saturday. The Contestants came from all over Israel with weights ranging between the minimum required weight of 80 kilograms, to 120 kilograms of some of the larger women.

Participants took the stage in casual wear and evening gowns. The pageant's winner was 22-year old Moran Baranes from the southern Israeli city of Beer-sheba. The 93-kilogram beauty works as a security guard, and loves to paint and dance. She was awarded jewelry, cosmetic products, an annual subscription to a gym, and a trip abroad.
