Actress, and movie director Xu Jinglei appeared in Beijing on Monday to promote the Shanghai Enterprise Pavilion at the 2010 World Expo. In a promotional video for the big event, Xu will play the role of "Butterfly Professor."

For the occasion, Xu Jinglei appeared in a black evening dress, displaying her grace and elegance. The artist attached great expectation to her role in the video.

In the eight-minute production, Xu Jinglei will play the role "Butterfly Professor," who will introduce spectators to the features of the Shanghai Enterprise Pavilion. Leading special effects artists will be engaged to create a high-tech atmosphere for the production.

Actress Xu Jinglei said, "This is the first time that I take part in a production that involves three-dimensional technology. There will be lots of special effects in the show. This is my first attempt at such an effort. It will be a fresh experience for me. I am looking forward to becoming part of the building in a sense. I will be very proud of it."

Currently, Xu Jinglei is working on the post production of her latest movie ¨The Promotions of Du Lala¨. The movie, about a young career woman, will hit the big screen during the Spring Festival of 2010.
