No. 1: The Straight and Narrow Road

The Straight and Narrow Road follows the pursuit of a group of high-minded individuals during the New Democratic Revolution in the 1930s and 1940s. The epic story is about the revolutionaries' early contributions to the founding of New China. Directed by Sun Li, it features the performances of Sun Honglei and Ke Lan. As a tribute to the 60 years of New China, the show painted a breathtaking picture of the historical period it depicted.
