After the deaths of 164 people in Mexico this spring from the A/H1N1 flu, the country is preparing for a resurgence of the virus in the coming winter.
School's open! But for those students, there is a new step before they enter the classrooms.
Dr Pablo Kuri, Special Adovser, Mexico Health Ministry, said, "Something that's always useful are the basic public health measures..."
Information signs about the A/H1N1 flu and its prevention are now posted at airports in Mexico.
And each passenger's body temperature must be checked.
Vivtor Manuel Mejia, Spokesperson of Mexico City Int's Airport, said, "At this point, the federal government instructed us not to let down our guard even though the alert has gone down a lot."
For some restaurants, their business is returning. Masks are must for cooks, with hand sanitizers provided. But for many, it's still hard to win diners back.
The battered tourism is recovering, with cautious travelers.
But Mexicans say what will never change in the wake of the flu outbreak and possibility of its return are belief and love.
