Vice President Xi Jinping is in Venezuela, the fourth leg of his six-nation tour. His talks with Venezuelan leaders, have included energy, agriculture, infrastructure and trade.

In a written statement upon his arrival, Xi Jinping said China values its strategic partnership with Venezuela, and is willing to advance bilateral ties further.
Later in the day, Xi Jinping held talks with his Venezuelan counterpart Ramon Carrizales.
Xi Jinping proposed the two countries deepen energy cooperation to establish long-term and stable energy ties. Venezuela is now China's fourth biggest source of oil.
He also called for both sides to enhance cooperation in agriculture, infrastructure projects and finance. He said China will encourage trade cooperation between enterprises of the two countries.
