Tens of thousands of protesters across Europe have rallied to demand an end to Israel's aerial assaults on the Gaza Strip.

About twenty thousands people gathered in Paris to protest against the Israeli bombings.

Demonstrators carried banners and Palestinian flags, and chanted anti-Israeli slogans.

In Germany, more than 7 thousand people gathered in freezing temperatures in Berlin for a similar demonstration.

They carried banners with messages such as: "Stop the massacre in Gaza" and "Stop the Holocaust in Gaza".

More than 4 thousand people also demonstrated in Duesseldorf, and another 5-thousand in Frankfurt.
