"Cape No. 7" is about a large concert held on the beach of a seaside hotel. The opening band is composed of two postmen, a salesman, a motorcycle rider and a policeman. The group of amateurs makes the stage director, a Japanese girl, really nervous and her relationship with the band's vocalist, played by Fan, is going from bad to worse. Then a love letter discovered in an old parcel ignites the two people's passion for each other.
