An early winter snowstorm blanketed parts of New York, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina as temperatures dropped.

A Wind Advisory was issued for the Tri-state area, including New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut...with gusts predicted to reach 50 miles per hour, especially in coastal areas.
