The past has returned to pay a visit in the U.K. where builders have discovered an abandoned shop - still in nearly perfect condition after almost 30 years.

The owner of the site, Terry Duffy said he was overwhelmed by the treasure trove of vintage materials.
Owner Terry Duffy said, "It's amazing we've checked the dates and they go back to those dates the forties, the fifties and of course pre-war era. What we're going to do is take everything nice and slowly, the fittings, particularly everything you see now. And we're going to keep it in dry clean storage until such time we find a place for it."
Among other items found were a 1927 tradesman's bill which in today's currency amounts to about 36 pounds - 78 pence. The bill was for building repair work.
Duffy says he intends to build a house on the site, once demolition work is complete.
