The Chaoyang Park Beach Volleyball Ground will be used to build an artificial beach at the park.

The sand had come from the coastal province of Hainan. When the venue is removed, the sand will be used to build a beach covering an area of over 20,000 square meters. The beach will be open to public next May Day holiday.
