"Okeah", meaning "Ocean" is one of Russia's most famous rehabilitation centers for children and will host around 400 of the Chinese children. To make them feel at home, the center has bought 5 tons of rice and employed four cooks from Beijing to cater to their tastes. "Okeah" will also allocate 200 staff members to take care of the children, including 50 teachers and over 30 interpreters. Most of them are university student volunteers who speak Chinese.
