Jiangcun Village, located in Jingde County, Anhui province, has nearly 1,400 years of history. It contains the well-preserved former residence of Jiang Zehan, a well-known topology scientist and educator. It previously had nine ancestral halls, but now only three remain: Jiang Ancestral Hall, Pugong Ancestral Hall and Xiaozi ("dutiful son") Ancestral Hall. Jiang Ancestral Hall was built in the Ming Dynasty, with nearly 600 years of history featuring its delicate wood carvings, stone carvings and brick carvings.

Admission: 48 yuan for adults and 25 yuan for students and children

How to get there: Take a bus to Jingde at Xuancheng station (18 yuan), then proceed by taxi;

the drive from Huangshan City takes 90 minutes.

Tips: You can hire a car to visit Huangshan Mountain.
