Situated in the Xinpu countryside, Taishun County of Zhejiang province, Baozhai Village was built in the late Tang Dynasty and has 1,000 years of history. The main existing ancient folk houses are Yide Hall, Waihan Di, Hengde Hall and Shide Hall, as well as Shiying Gate, which is built entirely of stone. In front of Baozhai Village is an ancient street with a 100-year history, which functioned as a highly popular bazaar in Xinshan and other surrounding villages.

How to get there: It is a fishing village 15 kilometers southeast of downtown Xuwen County. Take a bus from Xuwen to Baisha Village and get off at Baozhai Village.

Tips: 1. The village has bathing beach, sand square and fitness arena. Visitors can go swimming, go boating, playing beach volleyball;

         2. Barbecue area, fishing site and courtyard with strong fishing flavor available.
