The city of Yinchuan in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has stepped up e-commerce development over the past few years, which becomes a new economic growth pole under the new normal.
The city of Yinchuan was listed as the National E-commerce Demonstration City in 2011. The iBi Incubator in Yinchuan was named the National E-commerce Demonstration Base in 2012.
