The China-Arab States Afforestation Expo will be held in the city of Yinchuan, capital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, this September, according to a themed preparation conference held on March 17. The event is part of the 2nd China-Arab States Expo.

The Yinchuan Green Expo Park, where the activity will be held, is planned to occupy 380 hectares and contain 60 more themed exhibition parks, including Arab States exhibition, Ningxia urban sceneries, wetland purifying, sand control and so on.

Xu Guangguo, the secretary of CPC Yinchuan Municipal Committee, expressed during the conference that the project construction should incorporate functions of sightseeing, tourism, leisure and entertainment so as to serve the local citizens and also showcase the achievements of ecological construction in Ningxia to seek more cooperative opportunities.
