The 4th annual West China (Yinchuan) Property and Auto Festival is slated to kick off in Yinchuan, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, on April 28, according to the festival's organizing committee.
Hosted by the provincial government, the week-long event features a panel discussion on real estate properties in 2012, exhibitions of top auto brands, an off-road race in the desert and trade fairs.
