Ningxia's foreign trade volume from January to October hit US$1.88 billion, up 18 percent from the same period last year, local customs statistics show, down 2.2 percentage points from Jan.-Sept. trade growth.

Exports grew 38.1 percent to US$1.305 billion, while imports decreased 11.3 percent to US$575 million.
