The municipal government of Yinchuan, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, allocated grants to build vegetable outlet markets in 63 communities, which are scheduled to open by the end of November.

Three leading vegetable distributors topped two other companies to win the bid for the operation of the outlets. The distributors will take over operations when the markets finish setting up at the end of this month.

The local commerce bureau will proceed to sign agreements with the companies and begin supervising the outlets' management.
