Some 125 government agencies of Ningxia's capital city Yinchuan have created microblog accounts on the Chinese twitter of weibo.com since the municipal government kicked off its official microblog page at the end of last year.

These agencies take charge of the affairs varying from party policies to public security, judicature, transportation, municipal administration, arts and sports, and medical care and health.

Their microblogs had attracted more than 4 million visits by August 17 and were dubbed by netizens as the "most loving and efficient governmental microblogs" because of their quick response to the questions posed on the microblogs.
