The first China (Ningxia) Cultural Industry and City Development Summit will open on July 23 in Ningxia's capital city Yinchuan in a bid to discuss how culture adds to a city's charm.

The summit aims to promote mutual cooperation between Ningxia's exhibition industry with those of other countries.

As a part of the 3rd China (Ningxia) International Exposition on Culture, Art and Tourism, the summit will be co-hosted by the regional government and the organizing committee of the exposition.
