2011 Halal Food Festival opens in Yinchuan

Wang Zhongyu, former vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), announced the opening of the 2011 Hala Food Festival in Ningxia's capital city Yinchuan on July 8.
