In charge of the Office of Land and Resources (Bureau of Surveying and Mapping), Health Department, Population and Family Planning Commission, Food and Drug Administration Bureau, Mine Bureau, Ningxia Medical College (including its affiliated hospitals) of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.

Keeping work relations and coordinate with the Trade Unions, regional committee of the Communist Youth League, Women's Federations, the Red Cross Society, and Yinchuan offices of assets management companies.

协助主席分管国土资源、卫生、计划生育、食品药品监管、地矿等方面的工作。

分管自治区国土资源厅（测绘局）、卫生厅、人口计生委、食品药品监管局、地矿局、宁夏医学院（含附属医院）。

联系协调自治区总工会、团委、妇联、红十字会,各资产管理公司驻银办事处。
