Since it opened in October 1998, Ningxia People's Hall (宁夏人民会堂) has hosted over 1,000 meetings, 500 cultural performances and over 800 cinema shows. Its advanced facilities make it one of the best places to hold ceremonies and meetings in Ningxia.

Covering a building area of 12,880 square meters, it displays the unique features of Islamic architecture. It is a four-storey building, the first and second floors containing a central meeting room, performance stage, rest room, VIP room and tiring-room.
