Hand-grasped mutton (手抓羊肉) is a very famous local dish. After long stewing, mutton becomes very soft and tasty so that you can easily break a joint into small pieces. Then, use your hand to pick up one and dip it into the sauce mixed with soy, vinegar, chilli oil, sesame paste. It is very delicious.
