Baodu Feng 爆肚冯

In Chinese, "Bao" means to quick-fry in hot oil and "Du" means tripe. Baodu Feng is a famous Beijing dish that cooks tripe of lamb and cattle in boiling water (it is actually boiling water instead of hot oil).

Today Baodu Feng restaurants are operated by the successor of Feng Lishan (the founder of Baodu Feng in Qing Dynasty (1644-1911)).
