Founded in 1988, Gemdale Corporation (Gemdale) entered real estate business in 1993, and has 19 subsidiaries across China at present. It's based in Shenzhen, China.
Gemdale is primarily involved in property development, operation and management, with housing its major product. Gemdale was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in April 2001.
