Auto sales in the United States don't look that much different for 2010 than they have for the past few years. Ford F-series, preserving its success, was once again the best selling vehicle in America.
Despite massive recalls, Toyota makes a strong statement of consumer trust in the brand as some of its cars make the top 10 bestselling list. Nevertheless, it should have done much better.
Based on the data of autoblog.com, China.org.cn compiled the 2010 list of best-selling cars and trucks in the US. After a rough 2009, an economy in recession and volatile gas prices, most of vehicles on the top ten list was up in sales.

The Ram is a full-size pickup truck. It was primarily a work truck until its major redesign in 1994, which introduced the brawny exterior design still used today. A forward-leaning front grille and a unique coil spring suspension that enables this 5,000 pound truck to drive more like a sedan on regular roads than a rough-and-tumble work truck contribute to its popularity.
