Brazilian soccer legend Pele said on Sunday that he is disappointed with the lack of respect and love players have throughout the globe for their soccer jersey.

According to him, nowadays players only think about money, switching from team to team in order to search for biggest possible salary.

"They play for money and not for the pride of their jersey. Additionally, many players prefer not to play for their national team because the salary is less than at their club team," said Pele in Mexico City.
