Dutch first division team NAC Breda scored astonishing three
second-half goals in 10 minutes on Wednesday to knock holders Ajax
Amsterdam out of the Dutch Cup last 16.
Kurt Elshot's drive put Breda in front after 21 minutes but Luis
Suarez equalised for the visitors from close range in the 66th.
Ahmed Ammi restored the home team's lead a minute later, Patrick
Zwaanswijk headed the third goal and Lurling made sure of Breda's
victory with the fourth.
Suarez then grabbed his second goal of the game with four
minutes to go.
Quick Boys Katwijk became the first amateurs to reach the Dutch
Cup quarterfinals since 1989 by beating Heerenveen's reserves 3-1
on penalties after the tie ended 1-1 following extra-time.
In another play on Wednesday, Heracles Almelo earned a 1-0
victory over second division Den Bosch with a late goal.
