China outlasted Russia 25-22, 14-25, 25-20, 18-25 and 15-9 in a thrilling five-set clash to become the undefeated champions of the Russian President Cup women's volleyball tournament.

China won the trophy for the first time since the Cup began in Russia in 2003.
