Barcelona suffered a heavy blow prior to the first leg of European Champions League semifinal against Real Madrid as midfielder Andres Iniesta was on Tuesday ruled out of the game.

"Andres Iniesta is definitely out due to right leg injury," Barcelona coach Guardiola, who added that he has yet to decide on a replacement.

"We hope to have him back for the second leg," said Guardiola.
