Top seeds Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic both stromed into the quarterfinals at Miami ATP Masters 1000 after easy wins on Tuesday.
The world first ranked Nadal smashed Ukraine's 21st seed Alexandr Dolgopolov 6-1, 6-2 in less than an hour.
It was the second match played by Dolgopolov on Tuesday, as earlier the Ukrainian just finished his 6-7 (2-7), 6-4, 7-5 third round win over France's 15th seed Jo-Wilfried Tsonga which was halted due to the rain on Monday.
Second seed Novak Djokovic also enjoyed a one-sided victory as he beat his fellow Serb Viktor Troicki 6-3, 6-2.
Djokovic won two Davis Cup matches in December and is 21-0 in 2011, the best record to begin a year since Ivan Lendl started 25-0 in 1986.
It was the ninth straight time for Djokovic to defeat his Davis Cup teammate Troicki.
Djokovic will next face unseeded South African Kevin Anderson while Nadal will take on world No. 7 Tomas Berdych after the Czech battled for a 6-3, 2-6, 7-6 (7-4) triumph over Florian Mayer of Germany.
