2, Cycling Road

The course for road races shall be on a circuit comprising various sections, including bends and slopes. The track must be a minimum of 6m wide and at least 8m at it start and finish. There shall be at least 500m straight before the finish line and at least 100m straight for the buffer zone. A course in the form of starting and finishing in the same place is permitted.

3, Mountain Bike

The course for a cross-country race should include, where possible, significant amounts of descending paths, climbing paths, fields, earth or gravel paths, forest roads and paved or tarred/asphalt roads. The course must be wholly ridable regardless of the terrain and weather conditions.

Riders shall take a mass start. The rankings shall be determined on the order of the riders passing the finish line.

Riders registered to compete in an event with a rim size of the wheel shall be 20 inches in a special BMX track.
