Defending champion Alberto Contador grabbed the yellow jersey from Andy Schleck as overall leader of the Tour de France on Monday.
Schleck accused Contador of taking the jersey unfairly because he didn't wait while Schleck stopped to fix the chain on his bike. Contador insisted he didn't know Schleck had had a problem.
French champion Thomas Voeckler won the day's race, the second of the Tour de France's four big stages in the Pyrenees, with a solo ride.
It was the second stage victory for Voeckler after another solo win in Perpignan last year. He also held the yellow jersey for nine days in 2004.
