Knicks sign Russian center Mozgov

The National Basketball Association(NBA) side New York Knicks have signed Russian center Timofey Mozgov on Tuesday.
The 24-year-old Mozgov, 2.16m in height, played for Russian club BC Khimki last season, averaging 7.5 points, 4.8 rebounds and 1.0 blocks in 32 games.
Mozgov was also a member of the Russian squad at the 2009 European championship, scoring 11 points per game.
It is reported that Mozgov has signed a three-year, 9.7 million US dollars contract with the Knicks.
