After annoucing his initial 23 players who will defend Brazil in the 2010 World Cup on Tuesday, head coach Dunga later revealed his list of reserve players.
Dunga and the Brazilian Confederation of Soccer (CBF) made public their obligatory list of seven reserve players after sending it to FIFA.
Tuesday is the last day for all 2010 World Cup teams to announce their rosters. Only one month remains before the tournament in South Africa kicks off.
Missing the cut of the 23 principal players to travel to South Africa, Paulo Henrique Ganso (Santos), Ronaldinho Gaucho (Milan-Italy), Alex (Chelsea-England), Diego Tardelli (Atletico-MG), Sandro (Internazionale-Italy), Marcelo (Real Madrid-Spain) and Carlos Eduardo (Hoffenhein-Germany) made the list of reserve players.
Should any of the original 23 players named by Dunga suffer an injury before the World Cup begins, the coach will have the luxury of calling upon any one of the above seven players.
