Roddick knocks out Nadal in Miami Masters semis

Andy Roddick came back from a set down to beat Rafael Nadal 4-6, 6-3, 6-3 in their semifinal at the Miami Masters on Friday. Roddick pressured Nadal with charges to the net, even coming in behind his serve. Roddick won 12 points at the net in the final set, finished with 15 aces and lost serve only once.

The sixth-seeded Roddick advanced to the Miami Masters final for the first time since winning the title in 2004.

His final opponent on Sunday will be the winner of Friday night 's match between Robin Soderling and Tomas Berdych.

Roddick improved to 25-4 this year.
