Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola admitted this Sunday that it will be almost impossible for his side to repeat the feats of 2009.

Barcelona beat Argentine side Estudiantes in Abu Dhabi on Saturday to be crowned as World Club Champions.

It is the sixth title the Catalans have lifted in the calendar year, meaning they have won everything possible for them to win.

Guardiola' s side won the Spanish Kings Cup and followed that up with the BBVA Primera Liga title and then the Champions League. This season they kicked off by lifting the Spanish and European Supercups and Saturday's win was their crowning triumph.

No side in history has ever managed that feat and Guardiola doubts it will be repeated.

"We have had the best year in the history of the club. We are a club that carries the 'Unicef' logo on our shirt and that makes us different," he said in Sunday's edition of sports paper Diario AS.

"I don't think I have the strength to repeat the feat of winning six titles. What we have done is very difficult and very hard to fight for," he added.

"I want to congratulate my squad for these marvelous 16 months since I have been in charge. It is sensational to be able to compensate this people who have come to see us play."

"We have won the respect of people after playing so well so many times," he said, before looking ahead to the near future.

"We could have a bit of a comedown after this, but we will fight for it not to happen. We have got the talent, but now what we need to is rest over Christmas," said Guardiola.
