Utah Jazz terminated five game losing streak at Madison Square Garden, edging New York Knicks 95-93 on Monday.

Carlos Boozer and Andrei Kirilenko scored 23 points apiece, Mehmet Okur added 18. Deron Williams handed out 16 assists.

Toney Douglas came up from bench to score team best 21 points and Wilson Chandler notched up 17 for the host team.

New York recorded five straight victories over the Jazz at the Garden before the game. Utah last won at the Garden on Feb. 20, 2004.

Jazz led all through the game and built up 17-point advantage into the second half as Knicks missed all ten attempts in three-pointer.

Jazz continued to fire up and Kirilenko's three-pointer helped Utah lead up to 21 points into the third quarter. Then New York launched a 9-0 spurt and narrowed the gap to 8 points before a 64-78 into the fourth.

Knicks continued their momentum to come close 83-84 and forced a timeout from Jerry Sloan, which boiled up the noise at Garden.

But Jazz never allowed the lead to wither as Douglas's layup earned the first and only draw in the game 93-93 with 30 seconds remaining. Okur nailed Jazz's winning points in a tip-in shot and brought home the first win within five years here as Douglas' jumper missed the basket in Knicks' last offense.

On the same day last year, New York outscored Utah 58-35 in the second half to turn a 54-49 deficit into a 107-99 victory, their fifth at home against the Jazz.

Jamal Crawford led all scorers with 32 points. Zach Randolph recorded his third consecutive 20/10 game with 25 points and 14 rebounds and Chris Duhon scored 14 points.
