Villarreal midfielder Ruben Garcia "Cani" said on Tuesday that he was confident of his side overcoming Arsenal's Emirates Stadium and qualifying for the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League.
Villarreal could only draw 1-1 at home to Arsenal in the first leg of the quarter final clash between the two sides last week.
A Marcos Senna goal opened the scoring for the Spanish team, only for Emanuel Adebayor to score an overhead kick to level the scores in the second half.
With Arsenal having the advantage of an away goal, Villarreal now has to score in London on Wednesday to have any chance of making it into the last four of the competition.
The side is without the services of last week's goalscorer, Senna, who limped out of Saturday's league defeat to Malaga with a hamstring injury. Santi Cazorla is also unavailable with a broken leg, while Cani had a muscle problem that kept him out at the weekend.
Nevertheless, the former Zaragoza player believes his side can make it to the last four.
"Of course we can go through," he told the club website.
"It will be difficult, but not impossible. It will be very complicated, but we have to think we can get through because we are good enough to do so," said Cani, who admitted he admires the English side.
"Arsenal is a really great team, but we know that at the start of the tie and so we have to be positive about things," he said.
The midfielder also discussed his own physical problems, due to a muscle injury he suffered in the first leg.
"I am still a bit worried about suffering a relapse, but I hope I do not have any problems in playing. It is a big game and I do not want to miss it," he said.
