Argentine soccer player Lionel Messi said on Thursday that the Argentine soccer national team does not have "doubts" on qualifying for the soccer World Cup2010.

"We do not have doubts on playing at the World Cup in South Africa 2010," Messi said.

Messi currently plays as forward for Spanish soccer club Barcelona, and on Saturday he will be captained in the Argentina-Venezuela World Cup qualifier.
